Experimenting!

So today i've been trying out a new type of icing (if you can call it that, more of a topping really) it's made with whipped egg whites and boiling sugar, turns out like a meringue Mmmmmmmm.

     well the summer is almost over, (kiddlies back at school) and i'm dreaming up ideas for this season's cupcakes for the new website.
I'm thinking maybe plum crumble, baked apple ........ and autumn favourites, let me know.
Then 'baked banana and choc', 'choc and marshmallow', 'toffee apple' for November 5th?!!

So the website is coming along nicely, lots to do still, rather excited!
Just been talking colours and textures today, sticking with the green, pink and chocolate brown theme.
better go (little boy shouting upstairs!!!)

Yup finally i am getting my website sorted, rather excited and a bit nervous too. Today i've been rather busy making one of each cupcake available on the new website, as tomorrow is photo shoot day! Woohoo!

I will also be introducing two new cupcake products 'cake in a jar' (please google it and let me know what you think.) and 'seasonal specials' (cupcakes made with seasonal fruits and flowers)
