a corker of a cupcake

hello! well tomoz is our 9th wedding anniversary so i thought i'd better use it as an excuse to bake up a new corker of a cupcake. Peanut and milk chocolate - oh my word yum yum yum!! has to be my favourite by far xxx

thinking about chocolate orange

Been thinking about an orange curd filled chocolate cake, maybe chocolate buttercream (or even chocolate meringue!!) and a few orange zest swirls on the top. Watch this space think i feel a baking session coming on xx

lemon meringue

This is a firm favourite in my house, vanilla cake with a homemade lemon curd centre, 

topped with meringue! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

My girls have been on half term hols this week so we decided to do some 

'crazy cupcakes' here they are!!!

Apple crumble

vanilla sponge with an apple sauce filling and apple buttercream, topped with brown sugar crumble

 

These were made with several friends in mind, and disappeared pretty quickly xxx
